  1. Filling Preparation:

    • Sauté onion and garlic in fat
    • Add spices, cook until fragrant
    • Add shredded turkey and stock
    • Simmer until liquid is absorbed
  2. Masa Preparation:

    • Beat lard until fluffy (5 minutes)
    • Add masa harina, baking powder, salt
    • Add stock gradually until spreadable consistency
  3. Assembly Process:
